Joining FBWN About Us The Forest Business Women’s Network is a network of both fledgling and established companies within and around the Forest of Dean. Set up to provide support and a point of contact, our aim is to promote the professionalism of local women and increase the stature of women in business in the Forest of Dean.

Meeting Information

We meet on the third Thursday of each month at varying venues within the Forest of Dean -  our base currently being The Speech House Hotel, Coleford, Gloucestershire, GL16 7EL(Please visit their website for directions and further information) for an informal morning meeting. This provides a framework for sharing experiences, meeting friends and colleagues and, of course, the potential for meeting new clients and forging strong business links. Each member and guest is invited to give a short introduction on the products and services their company provides; thus providing a platform for promoting your business. Dont forget to bring a supply of business cards with you.

We welcome guests who wish to come along and see if they feel that the Forest Business Women’s Network would be of benefit to them. Following you first meeting, if you like us we ask that you join and reap the full benefits of our Network.

Cost of Membership

The annual membership fee is £75.00 – which covers entrance to all 12 monthly meetings (including tea or coffee and pastries) as well as all of the member benefits listed below.

Benefits of Membership

• Tea or coffee and pastries at every meeting which will include a presentation and an opportunity to network.
  
• Inclusion of your details in the Association’s web directory:-  www.fbwn.org.uk.
• An opportunity to speak at a monthly meeting to tell the membership more about your business.
• Ad hoc events that may be organised from time.
• Links to other groups of a similar nature from which you may benefit.
• Addition of your business details to the Business Card Box - which is passed round to members at every meeting.
